How people opt in to hear from us
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This page documents how Klemino collects consent before sending text messages (SMS) or making phone calls, including automated or AI-assisted calls. We only contact people who have clearly asked to hear from us.
1. Website form opt-in
Visitors submit their name, phone number, and details through the "Book a strategy call" forms on https://klemino.com. Next to the phone number field, the form shows this consent language with an unticked checkbox that the visitor must tick themselves:
The checkbox is optional and never pre-ticked. A submission is only treated as consent when the visitor ticks it. Each submission is stored with a timestamp and the source page.
2. Booked calls and direct inquiries
When someone books a strategy call through our calendar link, they enter their own phone number to receive appointment confirmations and reminders. Booking confirmations state that we will contact them by phone and SMS about their appointment.
3. First message and opt-out
Our first message to any new contact identifies Klemino and explains why we are contacting them. Every contact can opt out at any time:
- Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe immediately. One final confirmation message is sent, and no further messages follow.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or email partner@klemino.com.
- On calls, anyone can simply ask us to stop calling, and we will.
4. What we never do
- We never buy, rent, or scrape phone lists.
- We never message numbers that have not opted in.
- We never share or sell mobile opt-in data or consent records to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Record keeping
Consent records (timestamp, source, and the consent text shown at the time) are stored in our CRM and can be produced on request. Questions about this process: partner@klemino.com.
